Research Interests:
Study the role of hydrolases in biology and xenobiotics metabolism. Toward this purpose, study their mechanism of action, develop specific inhibitors and design fluorescent reporter assay; as well as studying the kinetic of hydrolysis of natural substrates. All of these mainly in mammals; but also in other organisms such as insects or bacteria
